Device Configuration Specialist

About the role:

We are looking for a Device Configuration Specialist to join our Customer Support team, who will help to investigate and resolve device-related issues, and also contribute to creating scripts and configurations for device preparation.

Key responsibilities:

• Set up initial device configurations and prepare devices using SQL and scripting tools.

• Maintain and update documentation related to device preparation and configuration.

• Perform root cause analysis of issues, including data collection, analysis, issue reproduction, and detailed problem documentation.

• Ensure software components are up to date and initiate necessary updates or fixes.

• Support 1st Line Support and Engineering teams with technical issue resolution.

• Monitor and review device types per customer, identifying common issues and providing overall device performance insights.

What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated individualwho enjoys solving complex problems and working in a collaborative team environment. Ideally, you have:  

• Minimum of secondary education required.

• Experience with scripting (e.g.,python or SQL), for device setup and automation.

• Ability to create and maintain clear, concise, and structured technical documentation

• Analytical and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of software updates, dependencies, and upgrade procedures

• Willingness to take initiative and responsibility in completing tasks 

• Enthusiastic about learning 

• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.  

• Fluency in both written and spoken Estonian and English (B2 level) is required. 

• Ability to travel and help with project go live or on site troubleshooting
