Designer

• Develop design guidelines, product and package design for our new private label
• Social media and banner development
• Develop website design
• Client design support including retail magazine and shelf design
• Contribute design expertise to product development and marketing efforts

Experience in packaging design for consumer goods or strong interest to develop fast:

• Experience in designing labels, ideally for fast moving consumer goods
• Understand printing technologies and package materials with their requirements
• Curiosity to understand different brand personalities and to design for them
• Good skills in professional design programs like Adobe Creative Cloud

You have lots of creative ideas paired with a strong desire to implement them

• You understand the importance of aligning with the team and see feedback as a chance to make your idea or plan even better
• You take ownership of the design and get it delivered to consumers error-free
• Comfortable in handling communication with printshops and bottle suppliers
• When we spend money, you want to see “bang for buck”

You are excited or curious about skincare and cosmetics.

Comfortable to work in a dynamic start-up environment with high degree of uncertainty. Personality that thrives when given trust and freedom.

Fluent in spoken and written English. Other languages like Korean or Estonian are a plus.
