Job Description
Responsible for the software deployment activities: registers, tracks, plans, coordinates and executes a successful software rollout. Working closely with Product Development and QA Managers, Account Managers, and operational units during the release phase of the software development lifecycle to deploy applications into internal and external environments.
Area of responsibility includes:
- Managing the deployment schedule of respective products
- Making sure that application components versions in production environments are properly tracked
- Planning, coordinating and executing the software deployment activities
- Tracking the deployment-related issues and ensuring root cause analysis to be performed for all of these
- Participating in process improvement initiatives related to the area of responsibilities

Requirements
- Higher education in the field of IT (may still be obtained)
- Awareness and knowledge of ITIL framework
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to handle stress
- Attention to detail
- Service-oriented and team-oriented attitude

- Experience in IT project- or process management
- Experience with any Service Desk application or Jira
