We are looking for
Data Center Project
Documentation Engineer

Your role includes:

• manage and maintain all project documentation;
• upload, track, and distribute documents through ACC, BauHub, and Dalux;
• review drawing revisions and ensure document control compliance;
• support project handover with complete and accurate documentation packages;
• coordinate as-built drawings, test certificates, O&M manuals, and commissioning documentation;
• prepare reports and maintain document registers.

Location: Alajaama tee 1,Hüüru küla,
Saue vald, Harjumaaa.
Project duration: 4-6 months/ on-site.

We expect you to have:

• education in construction or engineering field (may be in progress);
• previous experience as a Documentation Engineer on construction or data center projects;
• ability to manage technical documentation, drawings, submittals, RFIs, method statements, test reports, and as-built documentation;
• experience coordinating documentation between contractors, subcontractors, designers and the client;
• good written and verbal communication skills in Estonian and English language;
• proficient in AutoCAD, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), BauHub, Dalux, and MS Office programs;
• strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
• ability to work in a fast-paced project environment.
