Data Analyst in HR field

As a Data Analyst, You will support the decision making of PKC Group’s HR Senior Director, responsible for almost 8000 empoyees in Europe and South America, and local HR Managers, operating in eight countries. Your responsibility will be to analyze people related key indicators for annual and monthly forecasting and budgeting and prepare corresponding data reports.
In order to succeed, excellent MS Excel skills are mandatory but we expect You to constantly seek and support the implementation of better IT solutions in HR data reporting.

- knowledge and preferably educational background in mathematics or statistics;
- at least 2 years of work experience in data analysis;
- excellent communication skills in English, Estonian language knowledge is not required;
- strong skills in using MS Excel.
