Danish Speaking Customer Service Representative

You would be working with a highly motivated and international team to develop and manage our customer relations across Europe, with the focus on
customer service and consultation. You will be actively engaging with our current and potential customers to ensure that all our customers are well
treated, happy and can get the maximum our of our service. The work is full-time, eight hours per work day. Specifically you would be working on:
• Creating and maintaining existing customer relationships by being the first line of contact in case of a phone or written customer query;
• Attracting potential customers by answering their questions and suggesting suitable products and services;
• Resolving customer problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution
to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; and finally following up to ensure resolution;
• Opening customer accounts and collecting and recording required customer data to help other departments do their work;

Te töötaksite motiveeritud ja rahvusvahelise meeskonnaga, et arendada ja hallata isePankuri tegevust välisriikides, keskendudes klientide
nõustamisele ja teenindamisele. Töö on täisajaga , 8 tundi päevas.
Põhilised tööülesanded oleksid:
• luua ja säilitada klientidega esmased ja olemasolevad kliendisuhted,
• otsida potentsiaalseid kliente, vastates nende küsimustele ning leida neile sobivad tooted ja teenused;
• lahendada kliendi probleeme või selgitada välja kliendi kaebused ja probleemide põhjused, üheskoos leida parim lahendus
• kliendikontode avamine, andmete kogumine ja salvestamine
• sujuv ja sõbralik koostöö ettevõtte töötajatega ühise eesmärgi nimel

Very good command of Danish;
Previous experience in customer relations, customer service, sales or other client-facing positions;
Secondary education.

Taani keele oskus väga heal tasemel;
kogemus kliendisuhete, klienditeeninduse, müügi või muu kliendiga kokkupuutuvatel ametikohtadel;
keskharidus.

Desirable
Living, studying or working experience abroad;
High level fluency in Estonian or English in speech and in writing. Other language skills are an added benefit.
