Daily Banking Operations Officer

As Operations Officer you will be responsible for:
• Administration of various products and services for corporate and private customers for Danske Bank Estonia and Lithuania Branches;
• Provision of continuous support to internal stakeholders and external parties via e-mail or phone;
• Management of workflow according to established deadlines;
• Participation in process improvement initiatives and projects;
• Collaboration with other departments within Danske Bank Group;

To be a perfect match you will need:
• Higher education;
• Fluency in Estonian and English languages (B2/C1 level is a must);
• Experience in administration or similar within banking sector would be considered as strong advantage;
• Problem solving skills along with accuracy and attention to details;
• Team player mindset as well as willingness to learn in a fast manner.
