CUSTOMER SUPPORT

The responsibilities of the CUSTOMER SUPPORT include the following daily tasks:

- Communicating with customers and internal sales team

- Submit and confirm orders from customers

- Maintain customer database

- Order shipments for customers and co-ordinate the logistics of deliveries

- Follow-up the orders, deliveries and payments

- Support the sales and marketing processes locally

- Ensure the best customer support and communication     

You are welcome to our team if you are:

- Self driven and customer oriented active person

- You can work independently and efficiently with focusing also the global organisational goals

- You posess good computer skills and you are fluent in English (corporate language) and Estonian

-  You have previous experience in customer service in the international work environment

-  Active and friendly personality
