As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be handling incoming phone calls, emails and chat messages from Samsung's customers, assisting them with questions regarding their Samsung products and guide customers to the best possible solution for them!

We are looking for someone who is:

• Fluent in Estonian (C1 level) with a good command of English. Russian language skills are not a must, but considered an advantage since you will join a team that supports all the Baltic countries.

• Independent and motivated to provide excellent service, helping customers find the solution to their inquiries.

• Prior experience in sales or customer service would be great to have, but your eagerness to learn and grow professionally is what matters most!

This position will be based from our office in Tartu or Tallin, so you need to live within commuting distance to one of these locations. Work from home is not an option for this position.

• An hourly salary of 8.27 € with the possibility to earn additional monthly bonuses based on your and the team's performance
