Customer Support Specialist

As a Customer Support Specialist you will be helping our valued customers with any questions or concerns that they may have regarding the process of renting a car online.

The position is fully on-site in our Tartu office, as customer support calls and daily communication need to be handled directly from our workspace.

• You have experience in managing inbound and outbound calls (via phone, Messenger, WhatsApp)
• You have good communication and documentation skills
• You have good written and verbal English skills
• You are ready to work in shifts including evenings and weekends
