Job Description

Montify – is a UK/Estonia payment startup licensed by the FCA in the United Kingdom (reference number 901069). We are building a digital payment app and provide the following:

 

  • Payment accounts
  • Local and international payments
  • Exchange currency
  • Debit card (coming soon)
  • Merchant services (coming soon)
  • Internet banking and App (coming soon)

 

We are searching for a first member to our Support Team. We give a chance to become a team lead very quickly.

 

Job Description

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • To be communicative and provide in-chat sales-related assistance to website visitors
  • To be communicative and provide in-chat support to customers via internet banking
  • Sometimes to be ready to go an extra mile for a customer
  • To help us to handle customer complaints
  • Sometimes to educate customers via video calls
  • Identify and report errors in digital products
  • Update and keep support knowledge book
  • Monitor customer reviews in social media and internet
  • Create tools to Inform customers about new features and functionalities
  • Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams

Requirements

You are a perfect candidate if:

  • You are an active, cooperative, attentive to details and good person  
  • If you are do and solve rather than simply address
  • You are ready to create tools to handle support  (CRM, etc.)
  • You already have some experience on similar role
  • Excellent English
  • Multi-tasking is your thing
  • You are patient when handling tough cases
