Job description

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Malta. The role includes assisting customers via chat and email, supporting them with account and payment queries, and ensuring a positive service experience. Full training is provided.

Requirements

  • Good command of English 
  • Fluent Finnish or Estonian language skills
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in shifts
  • Willingness to relocate to Malta
  • Eligibility to work in the EU

  • Respond to customer questions via chat and email 
  • Assist with account verification and payment-related inquiries

  • Document all interactions in internal systems 
  • Cooperate with risk, payments and compliance teams
