What you will do:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and friendly manner
  • Support clients with shipment tracking, service information, and delivery questions
  • Solve issues efficiently while collaborating with sales and logistics teams
  • Ensure a positive customer experience in every interaction

What we expect from you:

  • Previous experience in customer service or customer support is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
  • Languages: Estonian and English (required), Russian at a communicative level
