You are invited to join us as a Customer Support Specialist to help and service commuters on Ampler bikes across Europe.
Ampler creates sustainably built e-bikes that excite and inspire. We work towards making emotive zero-emission commuting available for everyone. Our bikes are suitable for anyone and they help relieve air pollution as well as eliminate daily stress around traffic and parking. In our quest to build the best commuting device, we have already won the best Electric Bike Award and received great reviews from the likes of The Verge, The Guardian and TechRadar. Our CEO was awarded the Estonian Young Entrepreneur of the Year title in 2019. Last year we won the Design Applier of the Year award at the Estonian Entrepreneurship Awards. What you will be working on:
Your main mission will be to answer customer queries by phone and email to help them both before or after purchasing a bike. Your friendly, understanding, efficient and professional communication will be essential to our business as it builds trust and strengthens our brand. You will investigate service and warranty issues and support our customers until they find a solution. This valuable feedback you collect from customers will be used to improve the functionality and quality of our bikes. Of course, you will also be invited to voice your opinion to improve our customer support quality. For a better understanding of our customers, you will occasionally visit bike fairs and our showrooms.
Requirements
What you need to succeed in this role:
You will be a match for this role if you have previous customer support experience. Excellent German (minimum C1 level) and good English (written and spoken) are necessary for you to succeed. You will fit in with our team, if you have a solution-oriented mindset, a positive attitude and if you truly enjoy working with different people. You are comfortable adapting to changing circumstances, multitasking, and tackling some stressful situations that are inevitable in a rapidly growing company like ours. Your interest in technology and bikes will be a bonus.

Ampler bikes are made by a team of 130+ people spread between Estonia, Germany, the Netherlands and Switzerland. We are headquartered and our bikes are assembled in Tallinn, Estonia. Ampler showrooms are located in Berlin and Cologne in Germany, in Tallinn and soon also in Switzerland and the Netherlands. Our offices are located in Tallinn and Berlin. We pride ourselves in having strong team values that point us in the best direction whenever we make decisions. You will join our Customer Support team working closely with our warranty mechanics, showrooms, service partners, product developers, and manufacturing that all directly affect the customer experience of Ampler riders.

Our Customer Experience team works from Monday - Friday and the phone lines are open for the customers from 9:00-17:00.
