Job Description
This role’s main responsibilities include:
- B2B customer order handling, insertion and local deliveries coordination
- Supporting existing wholesale customers with product data, administering their questions and database
- Managing customers’ claims and other topics by phone and e-mail
- Helping with English to Estonian marketing materials proofreads and minor translations
- Supporting Estonian Gardena sales team with consumer site management and sales activities preparations
Requirements
Our expectations for a suitable candidate:
- Previous experience in customer support within a sales organisation
- A proactive and open attitude toward learning and using internal IT systems for warehousing and invoicing
- Good eye for details, a hands-on approach, good communication skills and open to change
- A very good level of Estonian and good level of English
- Both higher education and an interest in gardening tools and machines is an advantage
