
Customer Support (Lithuanian/Russian speaking)
Job Description
- answering incoming phone calls and emails or chat regarding customer complaints
- registering, handling, escalating customer questions
- providing best support to customers
Requirements
- excellent language skills in Lithuanian and Russian, written and verbal
- good language skills in English
- good knowledge of MS Office Applications and IT background
- willingness to work in shifts
- strong customer service focus and communication skills
