Customer Support Expert (Russian-Estonian-English)

We are looking for a Customer Support Expert who speaks 3 languages – Russian, Estonian, and English to join our Customer Support Team in tobacco industry. If you have strong communication and administration skills, customer-focused approach, attentiveness, positive attitude, and relevant permit to work in Estonia then this job might be for you. This is a 100% working from home position (within Estonia).

Responsibilities: 

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, social media, and other channels. (Outbound calls are priority).
• Comfortable contacting customers by phone and collecting feedback
• Maintain strong customer relationships through prompt, professional support.
• Perform data entry and uses software programs.
• Participate in campaigns to gather insights and improve products/services.
• Build strong, empathetic relationships with customers and collaborate effectively with the team.

• Fluency in Estonian – near-native proficiency
• Good command of English (min. B2)
• Good command of Russian (min. B2)
• Client-oriented work attitude
• Good communication skills
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to strictly follow the work schedule
• Applicants must be at least 21 years old (in accordance with applicable regulations)

• Flexible working hours from Monday–Friday between 9:00–19:00, Saturday–Sunday 10:00–18:00 (usually one weekend per month)
