We are looking for a Customer Support Coordinator to join our Maintenance sector in Tallinn, Estonia.
Main Responsibilities
- Welcome and support customers, visitors, and partners throughout their stay, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
- Coordinate transportation, travel arrangements, office preparation, and customer-related logistics.
- Organize customer meetings, events, and hospitality activities, including after-hours engagements when required.
- Collect customer feedback, support client retention initiatives, and collaborate with internal teams.
- Perform administrative tasks and proactively report any issues impacting assigned responsibilities.
Main Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Estonian.
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and deadline management skills with high accuracy and punctuality.
- Energetic, outgoing, and positive mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to represent the company professionally.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Valid Category B driver’s license.
