Customer Service Specialist

• Answering all incoming live chat messages
• Resolving all issues/inquires/requests through email
• Educating customers on the company and its products

• Fluency in Russian, with excellent written communication skills
• English and other languages are a plus
• Team player
• Ready to work in shifts (preferably evening shifts)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Gross salary 1600 EUR after the probationary period (4 months)
