CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST

Manpower´s client is Toyota Baltic AS.
We are looking for a CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST for Toyota Baltic AS in Tallinn for a short-term period. The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by providing timely, accurate, and friendly support.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via email & webforms;
- ensure customer inquiries are resolved efficiently and contribute to continuous service improvement within the team;
- provide clear, accurate, and helpful information about products, services, and processes, supported by up‑to‑date knowledge of company products, services, and policies;
- log, track, and update customer cases in the relevant system (MS Dynamics) to ensure
accurate records and follow‑through;
- collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth customer resolutions;
- meet or exceed established service metrics, including response times and quality standards.

YOU´RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU HAVE:
- Previous experience in customer service, support, or a client-facing role is a plus;
- fluency in English (oral and written) and in one Baltic language;
- strong problem-solving skills and a sense of ownership, with a customer-first mindset and
a willingness to go the extra mile;
- ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment;
- comfortable using standard office software. Training for MS Dynamics is provided on-site if
necessary;
- high level of accuracy, attention to detail, accountability, and excellent communication skills;
- positive attitude and a strong team-player mindset.
