Job Description

We are looking for a service-minded person with a mindset of continuous improvement to work with Paulig brands in the role of Customer Service Specialist in Estonia. This position is a permanent employment at Paulig.

Your main responsibilities and tasks:

To ensure timely product availability to customers and consumers through accurate, cost efficient and value adding service.

Smooth Order to Delivery process and customer order handling (including invoicing), the activities taken are in line with customer agreements and business requirements
Coordinate the information flow to and from customers (claims, quality, price corrections etc) 
Handling customer claims and non-conformances
Active collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Active contribution to the departments’ continuous improvement

We hope you to have: 

Logistic experience working in customer interface 
University degree (in aquisition) or corresponding knowledge gained through work 
Skilled computer user (MS Office; AX and M3 as advantage) 
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
A mindset geared toward continuous learning, optimization, and innovation
Fluent in Estonian and English, written and spoken, Finnish is a +
