What you will do in this role

• Solving technical questions or problems posed by customers via telephone & email

• Keeping up to date with all new developments in the technical area, networks and consumer electronics relating to the position

• Documenting all relevant information into the system to ensure a high level of service is delivered

• Are fluent in Latvian, both written and spoken

• Have good English language skills (min. B1/B2 level)

• Are good at communicating and have great organizational skills

• Previous customer experience is considered an advantage

• Have interest in electronics and technology

• Salary of 1324 Euros / Gross

• Additional bonus system, where you can earn up to 180,- Euros / Gross per month
