Customer service coordinator

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The role is responsible for coordinating customer service-related activities within the business unit ensuring that all processes are in place and followed:

• The person will be responsible for the management of daily customer service activities:
  • Receiving orders, order acknowledgement and inserting them in the system
  • Preparing necessary documents for orders
  • Planning and organising loadings to customers
  • Following stock levels together with the Senior Manager Supply operations
  • Maintaining open orders lists and communicating with customers
  • Providing delivery and stock information
  • Communicating with warehouse (main contact)
  • Supporting with sending samples
  • Supporting in reaching the sales targets each month

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience in similar tasks, preferably in a global business environment
• Relevant commercial education
• Strong communication skills
• Good IT skills and ability to learn new systems / software
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to build networks and work flexibly in a multicultural environment

The Fiber Foodservice business segment is one of three business segments within Huhtamaki's operations, offering high quality molded fiber and paperboard packaging for fresh food and drinks across Europe, Asia, Oceania, Middle East, Africa and South America. Within the Fiber Foodservice segment Stargate operates as a traded business, importing finished items into the EU from a range of approved suppliers.

As our business rapidly extends, we are looking for a new key player to join our team. This role “Customer service coordinator” is a permanent fulltime role, reporting into the Senior Manager, Supply Operations. The role would be based in our Tallinn, Estonian office. Sales target for 2022 is €20M and there is an ambitious expansion program in place for the next 3 to 5 years. There is an expectation that both the turnover and the supply base number will double within 3 years. This resource is required to further support our business growth plans.
