Headquartered in Broomfield, Colorado, The Feed has expanded internationally with a growing customer service office in Tartu, Estonia, supporting athletes around the world.
About The Role
Are you passionate about endurance sports and creating exceptional customer experiences? The Feed, the go-to destination for endurance athletes, is expanding our team! We’re expanding our Tartu-based team and hiring additional Customer Service / Athlete Experience Assistants to support athletes worldwide. At The Feed, we specialize in fueling performance — providing athletes with world-class nutrition products and expert guidance to help them train, recover, and compete at their best. You’ll join a friendly, fast-paced international team dedicated to supporting the global endurance community.
What You’ll Do
- Be the first point of contact for athletes and customers via email, chat, and phone.
- Deliver efficient, accurate order and account support across all channels, including shipping updates, returns, and issue resolution.
- Handle customer inquiries and troubleshooting with empathy and professionalism.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quick resolutions and happy athletes.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our omnichannel support system (Kustomer).
- Share customer insights and feedback to help us improve continuously.
What We’re Looking For
- Native or fluent English speaker (C1+ written and spoken).
- A genuine interest in endurance sports — running, cycling, triathlon, or similar.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Previous experience in omnichannel customer support (email, chat, phone) is preferred.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify is an advantage.
- Experience with support platforms such as Kustomer, Gorgias, or Zendesk is an advantage.
- We currently operate in three shifts (Mon–Fri 09:00–00:00, weekends 09:00–17:30) — shift work should be expected.
