CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVE (German speaking)

We are looking for a German speaking Customer Representative who would be responsible for the immaculate customer relationships assisting our B2C customers in all questions related to our services.

Here are just some of your responsibilities:

• Serving our customers in all channels: online, phone, e-mail, social media, etc;
• Providing immaculate customer relationships assisting our B2C customers in all questions related to our services;
• Contribute to the professionalization of our claims department in order to provide our customers with an excellent claim experience;
• Independent final processing of claims in the area of electronics, bicycle and rental deposit insurance;
• Creating a new standard of swift customer service in the insurance sector.

You are most likely to succeed, if:

• You have worked a minimum of 2 years as a customer representative or in a similar role;
• You are proactive, creative, likable, persuasive, and be willing to walk the extra mile on strategically chosen initiatives;
• You have the ability to independently manage and effectively prioritize an overabundance of opportunities that ask for your attention;
• You have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills;
• You have great customer service skills;
• You have fluent communication in German and English (oral and written) - is a must.
