The purpose of the Customer Program Manager role is to be end-to-end responsible for the programs at Special Products.
*The Customer Program Manager is the customer’s main interface and shall drive the program within Special Products;
*Secure customer satisfaction;
*Secure profitability for the different programs;
*Present price strategy for Price Board;
*Present status at Bi-weekly program meetings;
*Pitch new and old customers;
*Use and improve supply flows;
*Check incoming orders based on customer information;
*Create internal orders and Master Data structures.
*5 Years Product Engineer Experience;
*Technical background in project management;
*It is an advantage if you have experience in supply chain management;
*Speak and write English fluently;
*Good co-operation skills;
*Good multi-cultural interpersonal skills;
*Have the ability to build a team and efficiently organize a program;
*Strong ability to manage and control risks and opportunities in your program;
*Have the ability to coach a team of subproject managers and to manage several internal/external interfaces;
*Mentor and trainer skills;
*University technical degree;
*Good communication and cooperation skills and team building.;
*Good endurance to stress and ability to think and act under pressure:
*Analytical mind set;
*Good Leadership background.
