Customer Onboarding Specialist

At Swaper Platform OÜ, the Customer Onboarding Specialist is primarily responsible for customer communication, comprehensive assistance, and compliance with KYC and AML procedures. In addition, is responsible for processing customer payments, communicating with marketing partners, and delivering and publishing marketing messages. Work time is from 9 till 17:30.

Serving as the primary point of contact for the Swaper customers which includes, but is not limited to:

• managing relations with Swaper customers by acknowledging and resolving customer enquiries via emails, web chat or phone in English;
• executing company Know Your Customer and AML procedures, including document reviews, analyses;
• processing payment transactions of customers;
• assist customers on registration process and continually assessing, documenting, and analysing customer progress toward stated goals and results;
• keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints;
• maintain relationships and being the key contact with affiliates and marketing partners;
• keep customers up to date about any new features Swaper incorporates by writing stories for our company blog and sending marketing emails;
• managing social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Trustpilot etc);
• taking on more responsibilities within the wider business as you progress with your career;
• must be fluent in English and Estonian.
