- Ensuring excellent Customer Service
- Standardization of the whole Customer Demand Process & Reporting
- Providing input in the form of Demand Plan for the whole eolane Tallinn factory
- Leading and developing the team of Customer Demand Specialists
Requirements
- Three years of experience in a similar role (Customer Service and/or Logistics preferably in industrial environment)
- Understanding of Sales Forecasting and/or Demand Management
- Advanced Excel / ERP skills (SAP would be advantageous)
- Proactive and organized mindset in order to meet tight deadlines and find solutions
- Good communication skills in both oral and written
