Customer care agent (Estonian, English, Swedish languages)

Job Description

GET READY TO:

  • Be responsible for a defined group of customers
  • Communicate with customers (solving issues, responding to requests, requesting documents)
  • Communicate with 3rd parties if needed (partners, etc.)
  • Handle incoming e-mails, calls (directed to the Customer Support team address)
  • Manage ticketing system
  • Entry data to internal systems

Requirements

WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:

  • Excellent English, Estonianand Swedish languages skills
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment
