CRM Operations Coordinator - Tallinn (Office Based)

You will be doing

  • Coordinate CRM campaigns end-to-end, ensuring smooth execution from planning to launch across all channels (email, SMS, push, onsite, etc.)
  • Create, structure and manage tasks in internal systems (ClickUp, Notion), ensuring that all tasks are clear, complete and ready for execution
  • Coordinate workload across Execution, Design, Content and Localization teams, ensuring clear priorities, deadlines and dependencies
  • Monitor task progress and proactively follow up to ensure timely delivery in line with campaign schedules and business priorities
  • Adjust timelines when needed based on workload, blockers or changing priorities, keeping all stakeholders aligned
  • Maintain a clear and structured workflow, ensuring full visibility of task status across all teams involved in campaign delivery
  • Identify risks, blockers or delays early and communicate them clearly to relevant stakeholders
  • Work closely with CRM managers (VIP, Retention, Head of CRM) to review campaign plans and ensure they are ready for execution
  • Participate in campaign and offer design (including mechanics, bonuses and structures), ensuring alignment with product capabilities and market requirements
  • Review offer terms and conditions to ensure clarity, compliance and consistency across markets
  • Support external stakeholders (affiliates, partners, suppliers) by ensuring they receive accurate and timely information about campaigns
  • Propose improvements to internal tools, processes and workflows to increase efficiency and reduce operational friction
  • Support CRM team operations with ad-hoc tasks, process improvements and cross-team initiatives

Requirements

  • Strong organisational skills and ability to structure and manage multiple tasks and workflows simultaneously
  • Ability to prioritise work based on impact and urgency, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with task management tools (e.g. ClickUp, Jira, Asana, Notion) or similar systems
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex information without losing accuracy
  • Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to work with different teams and align them around tasks and deadlines
  • Ability to identify blockers, risks, and inefficiencies, and proactively address them
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and deadlines
  • Analytical mindset and ability to quickly understand processes and improve them
  • High level of ownership and responsibility for tasks and outcomes
  • Ability to work independently and stay structured without constant supervision
  • Experience in CRM, marketing, or operations is a plus, but not required
  • Experience in iGaming is a plus, but not required
