What you'll do:

  • Maintaining the CRM calendar and taking part in planning of CRM campaigns and activities

  • Implementing and executing of the retention offers and promotions using appropriate systems in place

  • Testing, sending and scheduling email and other channel campaigns to the customers, using appropriate systems in place

  • Segmenting distribution lists based on campaign requirements

  • Providing regular reporting to the Head of CRM on the success of campaigns and activities

  • Liaising with relevant teams to ensure the smooth running of CRM campaigns

  • Analyzing competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and challenges

  • Monitoring, analyze, and report on campaign and CRM metrics

What we expect from you:

  • Previous experience in igaming

  • Fluency in Estonian and English (both written and spoken)

  • A customer-centric mindset – you always keep the KPIs in focus and think from the customer’s perspective

  • A knack for writing engaging copy

  • Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on data insights

  • A collaborative team player who is also confident working independently

  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

  • Russian or German is a plus
