Job Description
- Create, implement, and manage the execution of CRM promotions.
- Define and manage customer segmentation.
- Set up on-site and off-site promotions and other activities such as races, lifecycles
- Set up bonuses and promotions in the product back offices.
- Prepare and coordinate landing pages and communication journeys.
- Work with the campaign analyst to provide useful insights about campaign performance and provide relevant feedback.
- Create and improve mobile-responsive email templates and marketing materials for various markets.
- Assisting in producing and delivering campaign briefs and plans.
- Coordinate, plan and request the delivery of promotional content, banners, newsletters, and other promotional material using a task management tool.
- Maintain and implement a Multi-Geo promotional calendar.
- Perform market research to ensure that retention plans are best suited to the local market.
- Work with internal departments to understand their business objectives

- Native knowledge of any of the following languages is a significant advantage:Brazil-Portuguese, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hindi, Japanese, Korean, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Spanish, Swedish, Thai, Turkish, and Vietnamese
