Job Description
- Work closely with the marketing department in planning and developing design concepts, graphics and layouts that fit specific projects
- Prepare the design of various materials, including websites, landing pages, banners, emails, books and magazines, advertising, etc.
- Perform the pre-press processing
- Ensure that all of the design standards are met
- Review final layouts and suggest improvements if required
- Work as part of a team with other designers, marketing specialists, web developers and copywriters
- Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed
- Maintain technical knowledge by attending design workshops; reviewing professional publications; participating in professional societies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Graphic design or a related field, or equivalent work experience of Interactive design, Web design or Graphic
design
- Knowledge of Web and UI design
- Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS)
- Expert skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Flash
- Knowledge of the latest trends in graphic and web design
- Ability to think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts
- Excellent time management, planning, organization and prioritization skills
- Ability to manage complexity with respect to deadlines
- Empathetic self-motivator with solid interpersonal skills, achievement oriented
- Ability to work under pressure and attention to detail
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Online portfolio is a must
