To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Controller to join our finance team. • Own the day-to-day accounting operations for one or more subsidiaries, working closely with our outsourced accounting partners on bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations
• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting documentation ahead of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing
• Monitor and reconcile intercompany transactions and balances across our subsidiaries
• Support the preparation of individual and consolidated financial statements in compliance with applicable standards
• Assist with statutory VAT, corporate tax, and other regulatory filings across multiple jurisdictions, in coordination with local accountants and tax advisors
• Identify and help resolve discrepancies, contribute to strengthening internal controls, and flag risks or process gaps to the Head of Accounting
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow reporting
• Contribute to audit preparation by compiling documentation and responding to auditor requests

• Proven experience as a Controller, Senior Accountant, or similar role, ideally with exposure to multi-entity or international group structures
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting requirements
• Comfort working with outsourced accounting providers and coordinating across multiple countries
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and a structured, organized way of working
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to spotting and solving problems
• Effective communication skills in English, with both financial and non-financial stakeholders
• Relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a professional certification (e.g., ACCA) is an advantage but not required
