Continuing Airworthiness Engineer (Junior)

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the continuing airworthiness of aircraft managed by the organisation in full compliance with EASA Part-M and Part-CAMO requirements.

  • Control, monitor, and schedule short-term and long-term routine maintenance tasks for the company aircraft fleet.

  • Maintain effective technical communication with aircraft, engine, and component manufacturers, approved maintenance organisations (Part-145), and the Flight Operations Department.

  • Manage, control, and archive all continuing airworthiness records, including technical logs and supporting documentation.

  • Review, assess, and plan the accomplishment of Airworthiness Directives (ADs), Service Bulletins (SBs), and other applicable mandatory and non-mandatory requirements.

  • Prepare and issue clear, accurate, and complete work packages to maintenance contractors.

  • Approve (where authorised), control, monitor, and schedule non-routine and deferred maintenance activities, including defect follow-up and rectification planning.

  • Ensure continuous and accurate updating of aircraft technical data within the approved CAMO information systems.

 

Qualifications

  • University degree in Aviation, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

  • Proficient English language capability, sufficient to read, understand, and apply international aviation regulations, standards, manuals, and technical documentation.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with high attention to detail and a proactive approach to safety and compliance.

  • Previous experience in the aviation sector, particularly within a CAMO environment, is considered an advantage but is not mandatory.
