RELOCATION PACKAGE - move to Portugal!

Our client is a world’s leading outsourcing company providing services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. Since its establishment, they have consistently and successfully fulfilled their mission of creating inclusive and differentiated teams of experts providing help for customers across many other professional domains.

Project:

Providing services for a technology company that provides mobility services, vehicle and scooter rentals, car sharing, and food delivery services. Globally, it has 100 million customers, and over 3 million drivers.

You will be reviewing content of a graphic nature, and enforcing policy decisions related to content, handling sensitive and complex issues faced by users to protect the platform and keep them safe.

Your Responsibilities:

• Review the content that has been received by internal systems or users to ensure that it complies with the community guidelines established by the client;
• Review, classify and / or eliminate highly sensitive content, uploaded by users, according to the parameters defined by the client;
• Make timely escalations that require special attention in accordance with established procedures and comply with all the orders, instructions, procedures related and complementary to the role;
• Perform outbound calls during the investigation, to collect proofs of their complains, from drivers and customers.

• Fluency in Estonian (must be at least C1)
• Communicative level of English ( at least B2)
• You live in Lisbon or you are ready to move there
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

• Base salary without accommodation: 1295€
• Base salary with accommodation (room in shared apartment with bills included): 1040€ - only if you are currently living at least 100km away from Lisbon
• You will also receive payment for completing the training
