Content Editor & Project Coordinator

We are looking for a person who would take responsibility and coordinate projects within our content management team, plus doing hands-on data entry and content management tasks. Our clients are global automotive brands running highly visible websites. Our team is distributed between Estonia, Ukraine and USA. We use several content management systems and Modera’s proprietary Product Information Database. Daily tasks include: • Resolving data entry & content management tasks created by our large international Clients, including communication with their partners (CMS vendors, design agencies) • Working with Content Management systems and Product Information database, basic photo editing (crop, resize) and reporting spent time on different tasks • Working within distributed international team and clients from different countries • Making sure all tasks get resolved with high quality and within agreed deadlines • Come up with suggestions for process improvements internally or within Customers organizations • Resource planning and project management based on given requirements & deadlines • Planning and leading weekly status update calls within our team and also with Clients • Troubleshooting, solving problems and reporting issues to technical teams • Reviewing our team performance, improve internal processes • Creating monthly "Spent Time and Quality Metrics" Reports for Customer

• Attention to details and inner drive for high quality results (perfectionist)
• Good communication skills, proactive approach to provide superb service to our Clients
• At least 1 year project management & coordination experience (with distributed teams)
• Ability to work under pressure, multi-tasking environment with many parallel projects
• Experience with various content management systems, basic understanding of HTML/CSS and e-mail newsletter templates
• Good computer skills, experience with different internet browsers
• Very good Estonian and English language skills in writing and speaking, Russian language is a plus.
