Construction Site Engineer (fixed-term role)

Daily Responsibilities:

• oversee daily site operations and maintain order on the construction site
• administer and control site access permits for employees and visitors
• ensure the site is properly supplied with electricity, water, heating, security, and other utilities
• coordinate general site facilities, infrastructure, and equipment
• maintain site documentation, including registers, reports, and protocols
• provide administrative support to the project team
• ensure smooth workflow and compliance with safety and technical requirements

Requirements:

• higher education in construction, engineering, or a related field
• experience in site supervision, facility management, or project administration
• strong organizational and administrative skills
• attention to detail, responsibility, and ability to work independently
• good computer skills (MS Office)
• proficiency in Estonian and English is required to work in an international team, and     knowledge of Russian is an advantage
