Construction Quality Control Engineer for Project Execution in Estonia (fixed-term role)

• Quality control of general construction and installation works on project sites.
• Inspection of construction materials, structures, and related documentation (certificates, declarations).
• Identification and recording of defects, preparation of reports, and supervision of corrective actions.
• Cooperation with construction managers, technical supervision engineers, and subcontractors.
• Review and maintenance of as-built documentation.
• Ensuring that construction works comply with design documentation, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.

• Engineering degree in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in a similar role on construction sites (experience in quality control or technical supervision is considered an advantage).
• Knowledge of construction regulations and quality standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical designs and working drawings.
• Strong organizational skills, responsibility, and attention to detail.
• Good command of English for working in an international team.
