Job Description
For the growing Agrochemical business in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, the company is looking for new team members in the Commercial and Marketing Group; seeking to hire a dynamic, talented and experienced Commercial Manager to be based in Lithuania
Mission: Under the supervision of the Country Manager for Nordic and Baltic countries, you will be responsible for the development of the business in your territory.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To have the responsibility for developing the business in the assigned territories
- Develop and implement action and campaign plans for territory and in close cooperation with Nordic/Baltic team
- To work closely with potential customers and partners and give technical information about the DAS products in order to generate demand
- To initiate and implement activities, exhibitions, seasonal marketing campaigns, direct mailings etc. for territory
- To analyze market situations, define and communicate market trends and present market opportunities to the commercial team lead
- Timely communication with key accounts to insure complete understanding of pricing, terms, programs, program deadlines, regulatory changes, etc.
- Develop relationships and work within trade organizations to promote the use of DAS products.

Requirements
- At least 3-4 years of relevant sales experience within agriculture business
- University degree in Agronomy or Commercial/Marketing discipline
- Ability to manage technical service oriented products
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Team spirit to interface with the rest of the Nordic and Baltic team
- Good command of English + Lithuanian language or Russian
- Readiness to travel frequently across the Baltic countries
- Able to work "remotely" most of the time
- University degree in Agronomy or Commercial/Marketing discipline
