The Role
As a Client Success Manager, you’ll work alongside the COO to manage client campaigns, both through email and on LinkedIn. You’ll own the entire post-sales customer journey. From onboarding to renewal and upsell, target market definition to lead delivery… Building strong, lasting relationships with clients across titles and industries, you’ll earn commissions on all the delivered leads you can help produce. You will work closely with the COO, and also cross functionally with Product, Operations, Sales, and Development to provide feedback from the customer journey and what you’re seeing in our target industries.
