Job Description
- Manage new B2B clients’ onboarding process for Visa implementation (technical and business)
- Identify opportunities for client onboarding efficiency, lead client’s account, prepare and implement a project plan
- Work closely with our product and engineering teams to ensure smooth implementation and resolve possible issues
- Assist clients with the onboarding project plan implementation
- Organize Visa Payment Card implementation processes, including managing processes of approvals, cards manufacturing, and working with tokenization processes like Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
- Help clients with modern implementations of Card Programs
- Prepare and manage proposals for clients for implementations based on price-lists
- Provide insights and tips and tricks for clients to make the best Card Programs
- Communicate the benefits of the product features and ensure customers promptly adopt them
- Prepare regular reporting
- Guide clients with REST API integrations:
- Proficient in guiding clients through REST API integrations.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and resolve errors and issues that may arise during client-side integration.
- Experience in providing technical support to clients, ensuring smooth integration processes.
- Ability to collaborate with clients to align their product expectations with the appropriate API endpoints
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Technology, or hold the equivalent professional experience
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role
- Excellent written and verbal English and Russian language skills with emphasis on negotiating, influencing, facilitating, and presentation skills (any other language will be a plus)
- Experience within financial services, payments, or software environment
- Experience in project management roles and working with cross-functional project teams
- Tech-savvy and have experience implementing software on an account per account basis
- Interpersonal communication and teamwork skills
- Strong customer-centric attitude
- Analytic skills to measure, report, and improve processes

- Ability to perform and operate both in terms of deliverable deadlines, but also in terms of communication with managers and resources under difficult situations and deadlines with their clients and projects
