Are you ready to unleash your creativity and lead the charge in a high-energy brewpub kitchen? We're on the hunt for a head chef who can bring their A-game and elevate our menu to new heights.

As the head chef, you'll get to:

• Craft and implement menu ideas that are in line with the brewpub's vision and brand
• Lead and delegate tasks to the kitchen crew for a smooth and efficient work flow
• Keep everything sanitary and safe, following health codes and regulations
• Order and manage the kitchen supplies, including food and materials, to minimize waste and keep costs low
• Work with the front and back of house teams to create a memorable dining experience for our guests

Requirements

Here's what we're looking for:

• Proven experience as a head chef or kitchen manager in a high-volume dining establishment
• Strong culinary background, with a focus on seasonal, local ingredients and unique cuisine
• Knowledge of food and drink pairing, beer brewing, and menu development
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment with ease
