Job Description

Due to the growth of our business, SwissBorg is offering an opportunity for a CEO Assistant to join our team in Estonia. If you are motivated, hardworking and want to learn more about the new financial era, it is your chance to apply!

 

● Manage all facets of executive assistance including communications, coordination, scheduling,
personal errands and roadshows.
● Act as a liaison with personal social media channels and boost activity
● Manage an active calendar, ensuring that all appointments are scheduled by f ollowing the priorities
of the business, arrange travel, prepare correspondence and compile documents for meetings.
● Organize the CEO’s attendance at i nternational meetings, public talks, and conventions occasionally
with on-site presence, while also managing the associated l ogistics, such as transfers within cities,
visas.
● Maintain correspondences and communications, compose memos and other professional
documents for meetings and presentations, handle confidential information
● Communicate with the community and investors, and maintain regular contact with
● Support business development activities and help meet project deadlines without continued direct
supervision.
● General business duties, e.g. drafting documents, preparing keynotes, taking minutes, responding
to routine inquiries.
● Other miscellaneous duties, as required. Ability to identify opportunities for improvement.
● Schedule appointments and arrange Management meetings, conferences
● Support Brand Marketing in the organization of Brand Events

Requirements

● Bachelor Degree in the field of Business Administration
● An agile and creative thinker with proven problem-solving skills, the ability to analyze situations
accurately and decide the proper course of action.
● Attention to detail, with first-rate time management and follow-through skills.
● A willingness to undertake a variety of tasks, and the flexibility to work i n different global time zones,
when required.
● Strong organizational and analytical skills and good report writing
● Good presentation skills, social skills
● Initiative, proactive and able to solve problems independently
● Ability to work under pressure i n a f ast-paced and multi-cultural environment, with the ability to
manage priorities of self and others
● Maintaining all information about customer activity within the CRM platform.
● Well versed i n computer applications, Microsoft Office, Trello, Slack and with strong skills in PowerPoint and Photoshop
● Excellent communication skills in English, German and French are an advantage, and Chinese is a big plus.
● EU citizenship is a strong plus.

 

Experience/Background:
At least 2 years of experience in providing secretarial support to Top Management
