GET READY TO: 

• Take full ownership of your category’s performance and growth

• Identify and analyze market needs, trends, and customer behavior

• Plan and optimize inventory to ensure availability and efficiency

• Communicate and negotiate with suppliers

• Find, evaluate, and develop new supplier partnerships

WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:  

• At least 2 years of experience in category management

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• A business-minded and analytical way of thinking

• Confidence in decision-making and negotiations

• Fluent Estonian and English

• Good skills in MS Excel

• A structured, independent, and proactive working style
