We expect that you are entrepreneurial, fast, accurate and willing to help to build good customer experience. Skilled in Cash Management products & business relations. You will be representing Luminor towards partners and customers in relevant networks and local communities.
Responsibilities:
- Actively manage daily banking and technical tasks with corporate customers:
- Internet bank and Bridge users consultation
- Managing daily requests and changes regarding daily banking products (signatures, cards, payment issues, etc.)
- Consulting & advise customers, bank employees on daily banking and of Cash Management products
- Ensure excellent customer experience by your daily work and tasks
- Build strong relationships with corporate customers based on good understanding of Cash Management products, market environment, customer needs
- Contribute to team and company performance through effective collaboration and acting with energy, enthusiasm and commitment
- Take responsibility in professional self-development and contribute to own and team performance improvement by constructive feedback and relevant suggestions
- Drive dedicated products profitability
Requirements
- Experience with businessdaily banking domain area products and services shall be treated as advantage
- Awareness of Cash Management banking services
- Higher education (particularly bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Technology)
- Initiative and responsible
- Strong team & individual player
- Excellent level of English. Complete fluency in communication - both vocabulary and grammar
