Job Description
- Develop and enhance features in our advanced remote tower and voice communication systems.
- Maintain and optimize system updates using state-of-the-art tools and frameworks.
- Improve the architecture of our systems for scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Design and implement solutions for prototypes as needed.
- Engage in discussions, research, and decision-making for innovative solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration.
Requirements
- Experience in C++, with use of C++14 or later (bonus points for Qt experience!).
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Development, Computer Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- Familiarity with soft real-time systems or VoIP is a plus.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with teams and partners across multiple geographical locations.
- Proficiency in Estonian and English language.
