Main role

Gather and understand the business needs and business logic within
specific projects and assigned tasks. Ensure that the requirements
are accurately translated into specific system developments.

Main requirements

- Higher education in IT or business administration;
 - Two plus years’ experience in business analysis;
 - Proven business analysis skills;
-  Analytical skills for transforming defined
business needs into software requirements;
- Verbal and written communication skills,
ability to create effective requirements
documents and review them with key
stakeholders at multiple levels of the
organization;
- Experience with any or all of the following
highly desirable: ERP, POS; CRM, BI
systems;
- Focused at goals, systematic and methodical, able to achieve results;
- Ability to manage, delegate and prioritize work tasks and meet deadlines;
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, punctual, with a strong work ethic and demonstrated teamwork skills;

Key responsibilities

- Elicit requirements using interviews,
document analysis, requirements
workshops, surveys, business process
descriptions, tasks and workflows;
- Critically evaluate information gathered
from multiple sources, reconcile
conflicts, decompose high-level
information into details, abstract up
from low-level information to a general
understanding, and distinguish user
requests from the underlying true needs;
- Documenting business processes and
workflows and their relationships to
current and future software solutions;
- Presenting concepts in a concise and
focused manner, including narrative,
process diagrams, role and
accountability diagrams and story
boards;
- Analyze the impact of change requests;
 Creating and reviewing manuals,
procedures, requests for changes,
acceptance test scenarios and related
user documentation;
