Key responsibilities will include:
• Helping the business create a clear communication strategy for all stakeholders (including C-Level)
• Developing materials to help implement business strategy across the group
• Collecting and uploading data to the OKR system Ally
• Determining project benchmarks, while tracking, monitoring, and measuring outcomes
• Aggregating content from various business units into management reports• Training and providing guidance and direction to team members as needed
You’ll need to have:
• Business coordinator experience at a large international business
• A minimum two years’ experience in a finance-related role, such as banking, insurance, or investment, with at least six months’ project management experience
• Excellent Microsoft office skills, including PowerPoint to create well-structured and easy to understand presentations
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Experienced user of Ally would be a benefit
