Business Process Development Analyst

We are looking for Business Process Development Analyst who is very good at analytical thinking and sees improvement in everything!

Job tasks:

• Performing data analysis using different tools;
• Building (interactive) reports, visualisation and dashboards;
• Developing key performance indicators (KPI) for various departments;
• Supporting business units with customised ad-hoc reports analysis;
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in data visualisation and BI
• Working closely with Project Management Team for ideas and solutions for process optimization and automatization;
• Optimizing processes and securing quality in reporting;
• Monitoring time sheets and customer data;

Requirements:

• Experience with analysing data using Excel is prerequisite (e.g. Excel VBA Automation)
• Analytical mindset and experience in writing SQL
• Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate is a plus
• Experience from work with data visualisations and some BI tools (e.g. PowerBI, Qliksense)
• Problem solving and process optimisation experience
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Fluency in written and spoken English
